This week we are bringing you 7 simple treats for lunchboxes to inspire you as the new school year begins. Your kiddos can help out with making all of them, and then they’ll be excited about their lunches! This is a great treat to customize according to your needs. My son’s school is nut-free so I used sunflower seed butter. If you are casein-free, use a non-dairy yogurt. It’s delicious enough to eat with a spoon and can encourage your kiddo to try some new veggies! I have also done a PB&J version of this using jam instead of honey and that was great too!
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (or non-dairy if needed)
- 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fruit, veggies, pretzels crackers, bread, etc. for dipping
