Yogurt Chia Pudding with Fruit
- 6 ounces greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (I used white so they are less obvious)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit, for serving (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk to make sure everything is evenly distributed. Stick it in the fridge for a few hours. If you split it into 4 smaller bowls it will be ready in 2-3 hours. We did this in the morning and it was ready for an after-dinner treat,
I layered the pudding in jars with pitted fresh cherries and packed them into lunchboxes. Done!
